Since time immemorial, humans have used
a number of natural elements like fragrances and essential oils in the search
for love. The sense of the persons gets stimulated by the natural elements and
messages are sent to the brain by olfactory receptors that helps trigger behavioral and emotional changes. Some selected compounds having certain
fragrances produce intense effects and hence are in great demands.
Pheromone for men pertains to colognes that
incorporate chemicals to attract others. People tend to give off a scent, when
they experience intense emotions. This subtle scent is picked up on by others
and lead to their attraction. Though no one can say with absolute certainty as
to why people fall in love or why they tend to get attracted to certain
individuals, but many believe that it is all a chemical reaction, that is why
pheromone, a cologne is supposed to work for men, making women attracted
towards them without knowing the reason.
Though the
commercial hype of this type of cologne involving pheromones (depicting men
fighting off women after they put on a specific type of cologne) is much
exaggerated, there is indeed a scientific link between this type of scent and
attraction of others. This type of product and after shave products do create a
chemical reaction and do work to attract others.
